I help companies build an inclusive culture and brand through community, content, creating welcoming environments and storytelling. In my spare time I facilitate a women's yoga, surfing and wellness retreat in Mexico called Buena Vida Retreat, and love getting my hands dirty in the garden or on an art project.

Previously, I wore many hats at Hipcamp from Head of Content & Community to shifting the focus to internal community building as People & Culture Operations Partner. Prior to Hipcamp, I grew, and told the stories of the ModCloth community. At both companies, I volunteered my spare time to host unique company events, and facilitate design and operations of the office space.

My aim is to leave the world better by pursuing meaningful work with people who share a similar passion and drive to create great things.
